The land at Kapashera
was purchased by ARIL in
1983 at a time when
there were restrictions
to construct
multi-storied
residential complexes.
The land use has since
changed and now allows
for the development of
service apartment
projects.
Although on the
outskirts of Delhi, this
location is
fast-emerging as a
serious suburban hub
considering its
proximity to the
National and
International Airports,
the city of Gurgaon and
more recently, the
Suburban Transport Metro
Station at Dwarka which
falls within a 3
kilometer radius.
As per applicable
guidelines for
construction under Group
Housing Schemes, ARIL is
allowed development and
construction of 2.94
millions square feet.
ARIL has since finalized
its building plans to
construct 220 service
apartments and the
construction plans are
under approval from the
regulatory authorities.
