Anant Raj Industries: Joint Ventures

Reliance ADAG: The Anant Raj Group has recently entered into a joint venture with Sonata Investment of the Reliance Industries Group – one of the largest Indian industrial conglomerates – for jointly developing and constructing 2 hotels and an SEZ project.

GIC: The Anant Raj Group has formalized two joint ventures with Singapore-based investment management firm GIC. While one venture would be for developing hotels, the second JV would be for the setting up of IT parks and other Infrastructure projects.

Atkins Spence: Atkiens Spence is one of the pioneers in the hospitality operations business in Asia. The Anant Raj Group has already signed a joint venture with the company under which the combine will operate two hotel projects – one at South Delhi and another at Manesar, Haryana.

Althoff Hotels: A reputed German company Althoff Hotels operates Business and Boutique Hotels. The Anant Raj Group has signed a JV with Althoff to run a boutique hotel in South Delhi.
