Today, India is a nation on the move. Already a superpower in the IT and software arena, we are fast striding towards supremacy in numerous other fields including drugs and pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, alternative energy solutions, automotive, etc. This coupled with the new world order of globalization, free trade and cooperation have thrown open new and exciting vistas of opportunities in the area of infrastructure and real estate development. Cities are being transformed and skylines redefined to reflect our rapid strides into the developed world. Landmark infrastructure has become the order of the day and ultra-modernism the mantra.
